Lower Delicate Arch Viewpoint — Attraction in Moab

Wonderful way to view the Delicate Arch for those on wheels.

It is a 20 - 40 yard walk to an observation point. This spot is an Excellent way to catch the views of the arch for those visitors who are confined or may have trouble making the strenuous trek to view the arch up close.

Remember to get here early or later in the evening as peak hours brings heavier traffic and delays.

To the Park Service, thank you for giving folks with limited abilities a chance to take in the beauty of this monument. This park caters to visitors on a number of ability levels and opens up access to those who may be less fortunate. Went there a couple years ago and it’s a very nice and unique point of view of the delicate arch and I believe you can climb up the side of the formation towards the arch but I think it’s pretty steep and there is a little canyon separating the two areas or you can walk down through that little canyon and I saw it was quite shady and some cool air was coming from there so I’d say it’s a nice relaxing and underrated part of arches right in between delicate arch and the lower delicate arch viewpoint like there’s nobody there and...

If you are running low on time, definitely stop by the lower view point of Delicate Arch. But remember, it's still quite far from there. A binocular or good camera lenses would help you out. Parking is relatively hard to find . And for restrooms, there are a couple advanced porta potty. Don't expect much. Also, no water station. Bring your own water.
