Lion's Beuth Park — Attraction in Moberly

Very small park, popular for photo ops. Used to be a rock quarry many years ago, and has since filled with water. People like this place to take pictures, because you can pose in front of the water and have a huge rock wall as a backdrop. Another popular place in the park for pictures is the train car bridge, and the lion statue. There are about 3 different small covered picnic table areas with public use BBQ grills. There are public restrooms here. There is also public fishing allowed in the water there. A nice quaint park tucked away in the middle of a city. This lovely area has lots of charm and well worth a visit. Park features many picnic tables with grills and a well maintained main walking path. Definitely a park that one could spend a few hours with the family in. This is a very pretty place and very well kept! We didn't do a lot of walking around and investigating but from what we saw I would definitely recommend going if you want to relax and unwind and just enjoy a moment of the day.
