We can’t say enough kind things about Big Daddy’s Boat Yard. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This would be a great place to have a seasonal slip to explore all Lake Erie has to offer while having a protected cove to return home to. We were transient boaters and lengthened our trip from our planned 2 nights to 4 nights. The nearby restaurant, Gray Heron Grill and Spirits, across the street is not affiliated with Big Daddy’s but is an easy walk with wonderful food and live music on the Saturday night we were there.
