First experience- I was blown away that I couldn't wait to come back. Second time, not so much and I couldn't wait to leave.
No wait time, just 0 reason to hold you guys above anyone else now.
Experience: Friday Night, ordered about 6 and picked up about 9.
Pre-ordered on Dutchie and used the bank pay, watched it go through because I had to log in with my bank details.
When I arrived she said it would be cash for some reason. Good thing I didn't stop for cash or want to spend the ATM fee. They took my card after explaining it would round up to the nearest $5.
$183.72- 185, okay cool deal. Well turns out there's also a $4 ATM fee for using a card. So it's not just rounding up and giving me a dollar and some change, it's $189. 🙄🙄
In my note on the online order, "please keep the hash in the fridge until I'm there" because I wasn't due for a few hours but wanted the specific strains. The hash was not left in the fridge for my order.
When I asked to get them swapped for the ones that WERE in the fridge, she was totally confused (meaning she doesnt understand rosin is to be left in storage.) Because she then said
"which others do you want because I think urs are sold out" So now I'm scrambling to make new choices when I already was excited and made the effort to online order.
Turns out they WERE in stock, so maybe homegirl was just too high to remember, but don't tell me "we might be out" if you don't explicitly know right? Or just consider the notes when filling orders to begin with.
Seems like you guys are trying to be somewhat hash rosin centric, considering you smash in-house which had me incredibly excited so this was annoying at the least.
Almost forgot- Lucky 7 your products on Dutchie are listed incorrectly. More haste. I thought it was a little good to be true but saw smaller eclairs for $15, something I've been hoping to see. While still infused with good exciting stuff - it was not an eclair as advertised in the photo (see photos) This is the straw that drove me to writing the review.

Read moreMy wife and I came into Uniq in Monroe around 6:30 PM on 4/13 and ended up waiting in line for nearly two hours. There were only a few employees working—maybe four—which made the experience frustrating from the start, but we were patient. We ended up being assisted by Eydie.
When we were finally helped, my wife was making a purchase that required two transactions. During the first transaction, I paid, and the budtender handed me the change while saying, “For wife’s name,” then laughed and followed up with, “You’re not wifes name—but I guess you never know these days,” clearly referencing transgender people in a negative way.
She then continued making comments about transgender women, saying it’s “crazy” when they give names like “John” and expressing her confusion about how to interact with them. I attempted to step in and explain that I’m transgender, hoping to redirect the conversation or at least make her aware, but she either ignored me or didn’t understand and kept going with her commentary.
The situation was deeply uncomfortable for both of us. It felt inappropriate, invasive, and ultimately discriminatory. As if that wasn’t enough, the conversation then shifted abruptly to her discussing her son being institutionalized due to suicidal ideation—which, while tragic, was extremely personal and not something we should have been subjected to as customers.
The entire encounter was upsetting and unprofessional. We expect a safe, respectful environment—especially from a business we’ve supported in the past. This experience left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and we hope Uniq takes this seriously and implements better training around professionalism, boundaries, and inclusion.

Read moreYou guys really got over on me with this one… I ordered one ounce of greasy runtz and an ounce of ice cream cake.. it’s supposed to be shake but what I got was four grams of actual weed and the rest is literally sticks stems and trim!! When did trim and shake become the same thing? Totally ripped me off and gave me the wrong ounce! Instead of ice cream cake they put an ounce of permanent marker in the bag (since I ordered online I guess they figured I would get home see the bag and realize I can’t get a refund cause I’m out the store already) and not only did it smell like old raisins but they put so many stems in the bag it’s ridiculous! I have pictures so you guys can’t say I’m lying. It’s almost like you guys are selling outdated weed that other dispensaries can’t sell and throw away or sell at a discount and the least you could do is warn us be honest something!!!!! I’ve been to dispensaries all over the country and I’ve never been duped like this. I’ve had better interactions with people on the streets in back alleys! And this was actually you guys third time to get it right the first two times I came in your establishment I was met with an attitude because I had too many questions and was even told I couldn’t smell the weed….
