I have driven by your nursery (to call it a nursery does not do it justice) countless times, and always wondered what was back there but never inclined to stop in!! When we needed a chunk of liner and my Mount Vernon store was closed on Sundays and I happened to be in Lake Stevens anyway, I thought why not?? (I HAD heard great things about your koi...) I arrived in mid afternoon on Fathers Day and felt like I had entered an enchanted garden. Felt like I was Alice in Alice in Wonderland. And then the skies opened up with the most torrential waterfall lol but I perservered......Lauren was AMAZING, not only super helpful and knowledgeable, but we had many laughs as well always making for a fun shopping experience. I left with a truck full of awesome, unusual, and well priced aquatic plants and a beautiful koi planter, a stunning dragon to mount on the greenhouse (GBH deterrent perhaps) and believe it or not, the Loch Ness Monster. (a lovely cement piece that is so unique). So to anyone else that has driven by wondering what's back there, don't do what I did. GO IN you won't regret it! Next time I am hitting the labyrinth!! And the koi were great, I would have left with some but wasn't ready to shuffle fish around to allow for quarantine. See you...

Great people! We have been here several times and had countless phone calls to help with our new koi pond. Even after hours calls have been returned in a very reasonable time frame, even when they aren't even open! On a side note I have read some of the other reviews about this company and it does seem that there are poople who are extremely unhappy in life and leave reviews that are grounded in their own anger and frustration with life. I own a small business as well and see the very same thing, paging Dr Phil. Falling water gardens has great people who truly want to help, be patient and they will get you taken care of. we have purchased fish, plants and treatments for our pond and will continue to use them for all our pond needs. Rick and Ken are amazing and truely treated my wife like family, thanks guys! They have good customer service and helpful attitudes and a friendly knowledgeable staff. Keep up the good work Falling...

Where do I even start? This place is absolutely amazing. They have a very large selection unique items that range from quirky one of a kind pieces to classic everyday items. It is a huge property and there is a lot of stuff but it’s very well organized, and doesn’t feel overwhelming at all. We went with our two young boys, and there was enough stuff to keep them entertained in between the actual shopping we needed to do. When they say they have a great selection of pond essentials, that’s the truth. This was quite a drive for us, but we chose it because we wanted to get everything we needed in one stop and we were able to do that. Rick was working with us and he was super helpful. This is our first pond and we had a lot of questions. He listened toeverything we had to say, and was not inconvenienced by any of our questions. We’ve already recommended this place to a few of our friends and will continue to do so, and we will...

Don't let their small street side display fool you! This place is huge and has so much to look at. Lots of huge displays, ponds, and garden art. You can also feed the koi if you bring quarters. We were greeted right inside the gardens area and luckily we were because what I thought would be a quick find was far back surrounded by lots of other cool stuff. All the staff members I interacted with were super friendly and the main guy that helped us was so knowledgeable. We came for pond plants and our pond is happy now! Absolutely worth the visit and will definitely go back again.

You have to come to see what a wonderful place this is. It is a great place to bring the family. It is very beautiful. Is wonderful to walk around and look at all the awesome things. The people who work here are very gracious and friendly people. They are really willing to answer any questions you have and help you with anything. If you have ponds or waterfalls in your yard this is a great place to come as well because they have all kinds of plants and fish and figurines especially for ponds

We have purchased a home with a natural koi pond, no pump or filters. It had been neglected and we wanted to have it cleaned and reset to a healthier ecosystem. We hired the Falling Water Gardens team to come out and do the job. Highly recommend their work with ponds and Koi! Also their grounds are beautiful, hope to use them in the future for landscaping.
