Glacier Ziplines holds a very special place in our hearts. My son's planned birthday party was spiraling into chaos due to the water park delaying their opening without any communication.

In a last-ditch effort, we drove across the street to Glacier Ziplines. However, we were dressed for a water park, so we didn’t have appropriate footwear, and we had an issue with age restrictions. My son was devastated as we walked back to the car, looking like sad, soggy tourists. That’s when one of the owners walked out to talk to us.

They went above and beyond to accommodate everything, including finding shoes for my son’s hard-to-find size. They were the most helpful, friendly, and genuine people we've met since being in Montana. They saved the day, and probably saved us from a meltdown that could have rivaled any natural disaster!

The gift shop is bountiful, and the bathrooms onsite are excellent. I’d recommend hydrating and using the facilities before you embark on your adventure. Trust me, you'll want to be fully prepared for the thrill ahead! Plus, there’s nothing like the feeling of relief before you fly through the air.

The guides were amazing! They added humor, while being serious and very informative about the process, making it a very enjoyable experience. The adventure starts with instructions while gearing up. They use funny antics to keep the group entertained. If you’ve ever wanted to laugh while getting strapped into a harness, this is your place! Once geared up, you’re escorted outside and get to start on the first training ziplines before you climb the impressive tower to start your one-way course.

My spouse and I followed from below on the great trail through the 24 acres of ziplines. We got the personal escort of "Sugar," the labradoodle, on the walking trail, keeping us entertained. It’s not every day you get a four-legged guide to add an extra layer of fun to your adventure! Sugar’s commentary was mostly tail wagging, but it was insightful nonetheless. Watching Sugar chase down groundhogs added a special touch of humor to the already enjoyable walk.

This place deserves your business; they’re amazing people, and they’re very accommodating, especially in a pinch. I applaud them for helping us turn my son's birthday party into an...

We had reservations for our group of 7 for Sept. 1st @945am. They called us @ 910am & told us they could NOT accommodate us, that day at all, at any time. We were literally getting in the car to drive there. We had that planned & were then going straight to river rafting @ 1pm. They had the audacity to call us 35 min. before we were to be there!!! He also told me they had 1 employee call in sick & had a skeleton staff! We only had 1 more day on our trip as we were leaving on the 3rd. They then said, initially, they couldn't even accommodate us the following day, but, they did do a switch of another customer & got us locked into a 4pm on the 2nd-----but, it messed up all of our sched. on both days....our last 2 days. All we got was an apology. So, I had heard about the Whitefish Mt. Resort zip-lining------that it was much better with incredible views. Well, we called them, & they could accommodate us---& wanted our business, so that's what we did--------and it was SPECTACULAR!!! Book there, folks. It is at the ski resort just above White Fish. Great zip-lines.....& a very "PROFESSIONAL" group of employees----- what we did not encounter at Glacier Ziplines. They caused a...

My dad, his girlfriend, and I came here from Canada and decided to try zip lining as a fun Father’s Day activity — and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The course itself was beautiful and exciting, but what really made it unforgettable were our guides, Aidan and Natalie. They were absolutely amazing — so friendly, encouraging, and professional. They explained everything clearly, helped ease any nerves, and made sure we felt completely safe and confident throughout the entire adventure. Their positive energy made a huge difference, and it honestly felt like we were hanging out with friends who also just happened to be expert zip line guides! I also really appreciated that they took the time to capture awesome photos and videos of us while we were flying through the trees. It’s such a great touch and gave us memories we can look back on and share forever. The entire experience was fun, smooth, and full of laughs. Huge thanks to Aidan and Natalie for making this such a top-tier experience. We had an absolute blast and will 100% be coming back the next time we’re in the area! ❤️😁

This was such a fun adventure! I am pretty terrified of heights and went here to challenge myself. I ended up having the time of my life. So here's the scoop. It IS scary and intimidating at first. There is zero pressure from the guides (who are AMAZING!!!!!) to go, and they are totally positive and helpful. They tell you right out the gate, when I asked, "has anyone died?" They say "nope!" (And it's true lol) there are 7 zip lines. At line 4 there is a ladder to climb. Yup. A ladder. (You don't start on the ground either....) Than at line 6 (I think) a bridge to cross. While this course isn't for the faint of heart, it really IS safe, doable, and, if you can let yourself stop freaking out, you WILL HAVE FUN! something to do with the whole family. I'm am almost 40, overweight scardy cat and I did it.
