Clinton Walker House - Frank Lloyd Wright — Attraction in Monterey

Went to the beach, parked on south end by the butterly house. (Guess it's technically called the Clinton walker house?? Never knew that) city of carmel built restrooms in this end of the beach a few years ago but this was my first time using them and I was extremely imprrseed. It has all the bells and whistles and was stocked clean and private. Not a group pub. Restroom but two single one room unisex style restrooms. Complete with a baby changing table stocked with liners (I've never seen a changing table with liners before, usually just the empty square shaped indent they are supposed be sitting in) the south side of the beach is so much better in all ways, more locals, always parking, cleB private restrooms, even a water faucet for the dogs to drink from or to...

We park near the Clinton Walker house and went down to the beach. What a wonderful time we had and we actually got to see a teenager have her surprise birthday party there. She thought it was just for her with family going out and several of her friends showed up. It was a Saturday and it was very crowded but we just kept being persistent and went down the road until we found us a place to park.
