Day Street Park — Attraction in Montgomery

Let me start off by saying, this is a very well kept park. Very clean and appealing to the eyes however, for this park to be only blocks away from the newly opened Water Park and new developments and directly across the street from the HISTORIC DAY STREET BAPTIST CHURCH; its not alot to write to the City Councilor about. But I did just for this reason. And by the way its an Election month here for the City Council seats. Concerns in which I noted: 1. No Pavillion 2. No electrical Outlets 3. Not one picnic table or stationary grill. Why has this park been neglected. Does it matter that the population is now older individuals; however families and organizers still utilize the park for events. Why does someone from another District have to come by and make a post via things I saw. Not to mention the two...

Stay away from here. It needs to be closed to anyone under...
