North Branch Vineyards — Attraction in Montpelier

My girlfriend and I love this winery. We visited once back in 2013 during a storm and the power went out mid-tour, but the owner ran upstairs to get some flashlights and completed the tour like a champ. We returned earlier today to discover he had improved some of his wines and added a new variety. I don't normally care for rosé wines because they are too sweet for me, but the North Branch rosé was dryer than I would expect and I liked it quite a bit. Our experience here was incredible! A small, off-road adventure just a few miles from downtown Montpelier led us to one of the best wine tastings we’ve had in New England.
