Well organized with parking and check in. You are checked in and given a color ticket, and they call by color. We only waited about 10 min (this was at 7:45, gets busier later). While you wait or after you go through, you can use your $5 vouchers to get soda, water, and food. The apple cider donuts, were awesome. There are 2 booths near the quarry to get beer, seltzer, and I think wine? Also a couple of fire pits by the quarry. It has some cool scary areas (don't want to ruin it for you). Not completely terrifying like some places I've been (which is fine by me), but definitely lots and lots of really good jump scares and many creative scenes. The only suggestion I would make is to light up the entrance sign better or have a few signs before the turn to let people know it is coming. When it is dark, it is hard to see and we missed the turn (twice-lol).

A really fun and good scare. One of the most unique haunted trails I've been to! The length of the trail was perfect as well, not very short but also not long enough to be exhausting. You pay $5 online as a deposit and $20 there for the ticket, but then you get a $5 food voucher and the parking is free. I think it's a great deal. Remember that everything there has to be paid in cash but the food doesn't cost much - I recommend the apple cinnamon donuts đŸ–€ Definitely worth the experience!!

If being made fun of by teenagers was scary I'd go walk the halls of a high school for Halloween, not waste my money on Scarrigan Farms.

Scarrigan Farms has gone overwhelmingly downhill in the past year. Our group visited last year and traveled from out of town (some from as far away as NY!) this weekend to visit again. We were shocked by how poor the scares were.

First, the "actors" were constantly making fun of us (our clothes, our appearances, etc.). The problem wasn't that our feelings were hurt, it was that it completely took us out of the experience. You're constantly reminded that you aren't actually surrounded by monsters...you're just around a bunch of teenagers in costumes and bad makeup. The "actors" are so poorly trained that they can't even think of anything frightening to say, so they just lazily call you ugly and call it a day. The timing of the "scares" is totally off, primarily consist of annoying, incessant screaming/screeching, and don't leave you feeling terrified or even a little scared.

Second, there aren't enough "actors." When they get hung up by the group in front of you, they break character trying to get back to their original "post" and don't even try to scare you.

It's disappointing they put so much effort into the set design, only for you to get yelled at by a few kids for 30 minutes.

Then, you get to the end, hoping beyond hope for one good scare, only to walk for 10 minutes through a completely empty corn field with no "actors," animatronics, or even props. You keep on walking, waiting for something to happen and it just...never does. A wildly missed opportunity.

Lastly, the cost is beyond insanity. We paid $45/person for less than an hour of walking around in the woods. FWIW, this is the same cost as the entry fee...

First off the website needs to be clear about when ticket sales stop... Saying "please arrive before 10:00" Causes confusion. As it did for several other groups behind me.. I arrived was told by parking where to go. So me and my group parked and walked down to the ticket counter and was told they weren't selling anymore tickets.. 10:00 on a Friday night is pretty early for a haunted attraction thats not recommended for kids....Other mazes I have been at have gone until 2:45AM. They need to communicate better instead of having people stand out in the dark parking people for something that is closed. After finding out that they were closed. There was a couple in front of us that were complaining about how they've been coming 4 years in a row and had a horrible experience this night. According to them one of the actors was asleep. Another guy said sorry I'm tired. Some attractions had no one in there to scare them.. They were really upset. One of the staff members seemed upset and went to grab the owner. She then returned and said sorry she's busy and cant come talk.. They told us we could at least walk down to the Quarry and check it out. As soon as we arrived down there we were instantly stopped by someone that said they were closing and we needed to leave.. I understand it was the last night but people are paying money to attend this attraction. Very bummed out about my experience and the lack of communication from the very...

Pros:

  1. The food was great, especially the apple cider donuts which were a 10/10.
  2. The trail is quite long so you do get your moneys worth

Cons:

  1. The actors were rude to my girlfriend calling her 4 eyes, 6 eyes and cloudy with a chance of meatballs as a reference to the Character Sam Sparks. They kept yelling at us and did not stop even after we both explained we cannot wear the 3d glasses because we’d be unable to see.
  2. The maze was super confusing and the actors were not happy with us not knowing where to go.
  3. We knew it was rainy and wet but we did not expect it to be as dangerous as it was. It truthfully was a hazard. On one of the bridges that rocks back and forth the actors purposely tried to make us fall. As a result they did end up making my significant other fall.My girlfriend in pain asked them to stop and they would not. Upon trying to help her they made myself fall as well injuring both of us. To add insult to injury when leaving one of the rooms my girlfriend slipped on a wet ramp injuring herself further.

While I think it could be a great experience for some it definitely...
