Celebration Park — Attraction in Moreno Valley

The thought of having random free water parks is genius. Whoever had this idea is awesome. My kids love it, they meet so many people. There is good shade for parent's. There is a regular park right next to the water area. I think it's great for kids who don't want to get wet anymore or kids who don't want to get wet at all. You can appease to multiple children. There's a basketball court and a grand open field. For the park party people there's also a covered patio. This park usually does a 4th of July fireworks show. They have many kids events. Also during the summer if you go to the park in the afternoon there's free lunch for the kids. It's a great place to somewhat relax, both parks are closed in and have one way in and one way out. Visited the Splash Pad today at Celebration Park. It was a great experience for my 7 yr old son and my 2 nieces, 5 and 7. Got there at 11:30 am. Was able to find parking right away. All three had fun getting wet for about 3 hours. No guard on duty until after 2pm. Real nice and clean. Clean restrooms, clean gated splash pad. The only reason why I'm not giving the Five Star rating here is because the concrete was very slippery when wet and in those 3 hours we witnessed many kids slipping and hitting there head on the concrete. They need a slip proof solution for that Splash Pad. Maybe some type of custom flooring, or large slip proof stickers on the ground. Kinda like they sell for bath tubs but large industrial type for concrete. I hope this info...

I LOVE this park, it's big enough for gatherings but of course with social distancing. Families can have spots away from other families. Everyone I've passed had masks and greeted me with positive vibes. Without access to physical therapy this park is great for me to exercise, walk to help my leg and knee from freezing up. It's great for walking/therapy, it has a nice good path that goes around park that you can walk, kids ride their lil bikes and parents. Great for family exercise or outing. Love this park!! And oops I forgot...the views of surrounding mountains are breathtaking, with a sense of serenity and relaxing vibes. Love Celebration...
