Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Jack in the Box is a very pleasant atmosphere very open and I love the big Windows to look out of. Plenty of seating and roomy enough to get to your table. The tables are clean and the floors are as well. The restrooms well cap and stock. When you order your wait will not be that long before you get your order. They also do senior discounts. There have been a few times that my order was wrong but when I called them they were quick to rectify the mistake and gave me a drink and sometimes a drink with french fries if they messed up a lot. But it's not that often that they get the order wrong. Jack in the Box make sure that if they make a mistake and you have to come back using up more gas and time, they show how much they appreciate your business with an apologize and by giving you a little something extra for having to come back to get your right order. Ordered two large shakes, two sides of churros, and birria tacos through the Jack in the Box app. Birria tacos were horrible. Bland, cold, soggy. Churros were put into one box rather than two. At least those tasted fine. However, I went on a Sunday night, and they had NO SHAKES due to them “cleaning the machine”, so NO SHAKES were available. All they offered was writing my name down to return at a different date to get shakes back when they did have the shakes. As well as Shift Leader who was in charge did NOT care. Anyone could tell they did not care about anything. Her cashier who was a gentlemen on the bigger size was also just as rude as his Shift Leader. They got a phone call and they disregarded the customer like nothing. She also took about 10-20 minutes just to get us our two churros and birria tacos. Very disappointed in this location. If you haven't tried any of their new cluck sandwiches they have a great $5 special going on right now in a 799 combo special with it right now they have a spicy version which is amazing it's like nacho cheese spicy with jalapenos and the regular country fried cluck sandwich of course. I'm giving this five stars for this sandwich in particular because every time no matter what location I've gone to the chicken is the juiciest tenderest chicken of any to go fast food place I've ever had with a nice crunchy outside it's delicious...
