It was the most beautiful experience I've had lately, so many beautiful rocks shells cliffs. It's amazing that the entire beach is made up of crushed rock, which is pulverized by the ocean ATTENTION!!! this is not a swimming spot. The waves are rough, and there is no life guard . The roads to get there are a bit curvyand sometimes there is a bit of traffic, and parking is down an embankment, so exit is a bit difficult parking has a few pits in it so drive slowly the beach is 2 minutes of a super slow walk or 10 seconds of a run so it's close I love it and will go back all the time

Lovely little spot to get away and enjoy the crisp California ocean. Come prepared with waterproof footwear if you're going to explore the caves or walk the shoreline because the tiny pebbles are killer on bare feet. If swimming or exploring the caves isn't your thing, you can walk out along the shores' edge to enjoy the time fishing. Restrooms are near by and large trash receptacles too. Parking is limited to get there early to get a good spot or park up higher and walk the path back down.

Beautiful hidden cove with awesome pebble beach, could have spent all day collecting rocks. I came too late to play in the tide pools but we did see a few sea anemones, if you come when the tide is out I'd imagine it would be great. I think it was one of the coolest beaches I've been to. ( Side note: There were a few spots of tar on the rocks, probably from an oil spill, although it's such a small amount, I'm sure most people don't notice.)
