Blue Dreams USA — Attraction in Mount Airy

We had the honor to be the first family to use the newly added lovely tea room at Blue Dreams USA. It was a big surprise to find the room all nicely set up. EVERYTHING was amazing, beautiful, lovely, the food delicious (the lavender infused cheesecake was incredibly delicious), and the outside area as peaceful as always. The room indeed turned out incredibly beautiful. Imelda and Jeff did an spectacular job. Their hospitality in hosting us was very welcoming, warm, and with excellence. The set up for the teas and selection was superb! I felt like a princess for an evening!!!! My guests were all very pleased and impressed. This will be an experience to remember for years to come. Imelda and Jeff really made this evening so very special for all of us. We hope everyone that is looking for a private gathering in a peaceful, elegant, beatiful scenery, great food and variety of teas, with an indoor/outdoor space, character, and superb hosting, to not miss booking an event at Blue Dreams USA. It is indeed an honor to be able to enjoy a little from the Robert’s dream. We were all delighted and was an experience to remember and cherish for years to come. Like our son Samuel says, “Blue Dreams is a hidden gem”. The Frederick community is lucky to have this location available to the public. Very unique!! I recently had the amazing opportunity to experience Afternoon Tea at the Blue Dreams USA Lavender Farm and Tearoom. From the moment one steps into the tea room, you are swept into a storybook setting, one where elegance meets comfort, and where every detail seems touched by magic. From the handpainted glasses to the beautiful mosaics adorning the walls, the tearoom and gift shop are simply bliss! I really enjoyed the thoughtfully curated menu; among my favorites were the delicious lavender lemonade served in a hand painted flute, pistachio mango tart (created by the hostess,herself!), and the decadent lavender, coconut and ube frozen confection - a party for the palate! And if the elegant tea room and gift shop (filled with a selection of items designed by Blue Dreams multi talented proprietor and hostess) were not enough, there are the beautiful grounds, replete with an enormous gazebo, mosaics, gardens, a sun dome, and a most spectacular view.

But what truly sets this place apart is its extraordinary hostess, Imelda. With a warm smile, infectious laughter, and the kind of charm and grace that makes you feel like royalty, Imelda ensures that every guest feels seen, pampered, and a part of something special. My friend and I were coming home from vacation with a handicapped in the car, our car started to shake as our spare tire had gotten lose, the first pull of place we saw after the stoplight was this place. The first sight of it seemed nice and welcoming, as we pulled off in the entrance of this buisness we got out to take the pressure of the tire, and to call our parents for help, we are young new drivers. The male that seems to own this place walked up to us and told us to get off of his private property, we told him our wheel of our car was about to fall off completely, he said you can pull off someplace else. Not once did he ask if he could help us give our parents a call, or what he could do or to nicely tell us to pull in further. He tried to smartly remember our license plate. I was astonished when I, a new driver with a handicapped in the passenger seat were told to leave immediately without any willingly offered help, I was unfamiliar with the area and was without service to call for help. I cannot believe I experienced such a horrible experience at this buisness. I would not...
