They don't do anything to fix problems in the park since the change of hands from Home First to Windward Communities. They don't enforce any of their own rules listed in the handbook. It's a shame it went downhill so fast after the takeover. Even the old office manager quit because they wouldn't listen to her and fix what was needed. I wish I had a way to contact corporate. Don't waste your time or money. There's a reason why they are cheaper than other communities. Frank the maintenance man is great, that's about the only thing I can say positive at this point. Swimming, fishing, kayaking and a playground keep the kids busy all day long. It's right down the road from Metro Beach and I-94, yet hidden from the road, so it's nice and quiet at night.
