Okay - you guys ready for this?
To top everyone's review - they would not serve me free tap water with ice, yes you read that right. I literally asked for this before and had no issues, but tonight when I asked a young guy who looked like he could not be bothered to pull his finger out, I literally was told a strait "No" with a strait face and said if you want water you have to buy our bottled water. I then was told it was a shocking nearly $7.00 for the small bottle of water!??? I mean seriously??? Any restaurant or store nearby doesn't charge that much anyways and will give me tap water with ice for free any day at any time - I know as I worked in some for goodness sakes!!!!!
DISGUSTING SERVICE! I seriously think this person should be fired and ashamed he treats people like this in general- especially if it is supposed to be "customer service" orientated.
There are so many bad reviews regardless of this theatre - I am literally shocked that nothing has been done about anything mentioned....
This includes the unclean experiences/scenes in photos, extremely bad customer service, over priced and bad quality products, the bad temperaturas in the theatre whilst watching the movies, far too long periods of commercial ads before movie starts, concession stand issues and abandonment, bad management amongst many more issues mentioned by previous customers.
Sounds like ALL staff need to be fired or get a kick strait up the butt, including management, the theatre needs to be closed for major refurbishments and they need to start all over fresh and new in order to get their reputation back and stand up strait again.
TO MANAGEMENT: PLEASE UNDERSTAND - this unacceptable treatment and it is FAR MORE frustrating for your customers who pay A LOT of money to visit just for entertainment, than it is for you to hear all of this from myself and everyone else on these reviews!...
Read moreI take my kids to the movies from time to time, especially when I find a good deal for tickets through Groupon or other discounts. We went to see Finding Dory last night and I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the entire experience. My first impression (which is the same as last time) the theater itself is filthy and the smell coming out of the restrooms literally made me gag and my 10 year son covered his nose. The entire theater needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
The worst part of the experience was the Fire Alarms and sirens went off 10 minutes into the movie. It was the most startling thing and of course no one knew what to do. Given all the recent horrific events in our society- FIRE was the LEAST of my concerns. I jumped up with a death grip on my child and carefully headed to the exit door in the parking lot. After waiting a few minutes, I decided to follow the crowd around to the front of the theater. WHERE WAS MANAGEMENT? No directions, no one leading an announcement to communicate- Do we come back in? Go home? Is there DANGER? Just confused teens and a security guard with no guidance? Once I assessed - someone "overheard a fire alarm was pulled in the men's bathroom" we proceeded back but need some water- After standing in line for over 15 minutes and paid $5. 79 for ONE bottle of water, we saw Dory!
Not impressed nor were my kids- they wanted to leave early! Lots of other things to spend my time and money on with my family time- and this is not one of them!
Mt. Juliet- You can do better! Kind regards,...
Read moreThis place is a joke. Over $30 for 2 tickets yet they have outdated flooring/decor and they don’t have reclining seats. The Regal cinema I’m used to going to is $10 a ticket and is brand new with all the updated fixtures. Went to the concessions and ordered a small Pepsi which was $7.49 on the menu. When the girl at the register rang it up it was $10. I asked why it was so expensive and she said “We’re trying to get rid of these souvenir cups.” I didn’t ask for a souvenir cup yet they were just going to charge me without telling me? When I said “I didn’t ask for that” she ’attempted’ to remove it from my order. What looked to be a shift lead or manager was filling up the cup, he asked her what was wrong. She said “she doesn’t want that cup” to which he replied “ok then I’ll just dump it out” instead of getting me the drink I asked for? He then told me “It’s the same price as a small.” I replied “The menu says $7.49 for a small drink-“ and he cut me off and replied “The menu price isn’t right. They’ve never been correct.” So what the hell are they up there for? Am I really supposed to believe Regal cinemas just opened a theater with incorrect prices from the get go and never bothered to update? I told them both to just forget my order and neither of them apologized, just looked at us with a blank stare. Save your money and...
