Sleep Number — Hotel in Mount Juliet

When we bought this bed which was around $8,000, we were assured that the warranty was above all other warranties in the industry. If anything ever goes wrong, don't worry about it we will fix it. One year later, my wife side keeps deflating, and they want to charge us for a technician to come out, and they sent us a part and a video and we have to disassemble the bed ourselves. My elderly mom bought an almost 5k bed from them well over a month ago and the bed arrived broken, they told her would take 2 wks to send replacement out, head board came from ups missing parts, bed still isn't right and headboard still isn't mounted,her old bed has been on her front porch for over a month as they keep forgetting to pick it up as they claim.
