Ashley Farms — Attraction in Mount Olive

Saw add in paper for fresh turkey's about a week before Thanksgiving and thought we would give it a try. Always used frozen turkeys before. Called up and placed an order for a 20lb bird to be picked up on Monday of Thanksgiving week. The family went with me on Monday and I must say we loved the place. Lots of fresh pies and salads. Jelly and Jams. Fresh produce. Well we stocked on on some things, got the bird and paid. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Got a sheet on proper way to cook the turkey. Come Thanksgiving day we prepared the bird and followed the cooking instructions. Turkey came out perfect. Everyone loved it. Said it was so juciy and tender. Best they every had. Also used your gravy which was fantastic. Picked up a couple of your pies for dessert. Again, everyone loved them. You have yourself a regular customer from now on. Will do the turkey again next year and will be stopping in all year long for some of your other items. Thanks for helping make our Thanksgiving...

Hi we had such a weird experience this weekend with our propane tank. It’s old and Ashley Farms filled it like we have done for 20 years! Well we set it up and it “semi exploded” sounded like a firework. We called 911 and fire Department came out. Great guys but said it just needed to bleed out because the valve blew out…well come 4 hours later it stopped bleeding out and we were nervous. So I called Aimee at Ashley who said she understood my fear and sent someone out to collect it for us. She was so kind and offered us a new one when we were ready. What an incredible local family who helped us. Will continue to return to them every time. Thanks...
