Hi guys! It’s Sammie, the owner of Asian Express here! First of all, I would like to thank you all for the amazing support my restaurant received during our grand opening! We really couldn’t have done it without you all. But with that said, I need to sincerely apologize to you guys for the long wait times. As overjoyed as I am at how many of you friends showed up, we were definitely underprepared. But going forward, we assure you that we will do better. Since our grand opening, we have had team meetings every night to plan ways to be faster and more efficient as to not waste your times. As our team figure things out, we only ask for your patience and understanding. Again, I am tremendously encouraged by the love that this community has showed me. First time trying so I wanted to see in person. Looks clean and young lady who took my order was nice. I put in a pretty big family order and not one thing was missed. The food was pretty great. I will definitely order again. Dragon & Phoenix was so good. Tried the hibachi noodles and rice and wasn’t disappointed exactly what I was hoping for. Sweet n sour chicken is a staple for kids and it was perfect crunch. I got a side of general Tso sauce on side to try and it was packed with flavor and peppers and onions. Peanut sauce wontons were great. Crab Rangoon perfectly fried. Boneless ribs flavorful and not over cooked which drives me nuts. Steamed chicken and vegetables was really good too. New place in town located in the former I Love Subs location. In my opinion, Chinese Food is an acquired taste. You get used to what you normally eat. I was pleasantly surprised here. I like the fact I can see who is preparing the food and the cleanliness of the food area. In that regard, as far as take goes, this place is far ahead of others in the area. Prices seem to be more here, but will do a comparison. The added stars come from the double serving of Won Tons with your Lunch Order. Most places only give you 2 Won Tons, but here they give you 4 Home made Won Tons. This could be a new go to place. I will...
