Pasek Cellars — Attraction in Mount Vernon

I placed an online order two weeks ago and have been trying to get assistance with it. I've reached out to the business phone and email and have gotten no response. I resorted to calling the tasting room and was hung up on. To date I have not received any update on my order, let alone a tracking number. Pretty abysmal customer service experience. I'd greatly appreciate a response.

Edit: I do appreciate the response and for reshipping the wine. Just to clarify, 3 attempts to deliver were not made. I have a Ring Camera so I can verify this. Two attempts were made, but due to never receiving a tracking number, I had no idea when to expect the package and be available for delivery. I completely understand I need to be home to sign for it. I have emailed to both emails on the website, but have not received a response.

2nd Edit: I did receive the wine, I appreciate the assistance in escalating and getting this resolved. I won't be changing my review rating, though. I still never received any response to the two separate business emails that I reached out to for assistance. I never received a tracking number. I called several times to the winery with no one ever picking up. I did leave a voicemail. I was hung up on by a very rude person in the tasting room. I had to resort to leaving a google review in order to get any type of assistance. Lost a customer...

Have always loved Pasek Cellars. Used to live in the area, now visit when we are in the area. Their flagship wine (Cranberry) is an absolute must for Turkey dinners (Thanksgiving or Christmas) the other fruit wines are unusual, but delicious. Their Cabernet is delicious, Syrrah is different, as a bit sweeter, very fruit forward. Their Chardonnay was a very pleasant surprise, steel cask aging, slighty high residual sugar. I will say I have ordered online several times before and never had an issue. I love their wine especially the cranberry wine.
