I recently bought a used saddle through Bony Pony and they went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me make the right selection for me.

The first trial period, the two saddles they gave me to try didn't fit my horse. One was adjustable, so they switched out the gullet. Tried again, still didn't quite fit. Brought it back, they ordered a new gullet to try, switched it out, and got a winner. It's a spectacular fit now, and I so appreciate the lengths they went to make it work, especially since there was no guarantee I'd love it once I got a chance to ride in it.

Went in search of Cowboy Boots for myself and my Niece. She is seven months pregnant and not entirely confident in outward appearances and I have my left foot in a cast with two broken bones. Amazing experience! Such helpful and friendly staff! We have zero experience buy riding gear and getting ready for a 9 day tour of the Golden Circle in Iceland by Horseback!
