Broadford Park — Attraction in Mountain Lake Park

We had hear of this park and lake before but never made it there. Out for. Sunday drive and stopped by and we were certainly surprised how nice this place truly is. This lake is huge compared to Herrington Manor. There is usually a fee of $3 per car on weekdays and $4 per car on weekends. Somehow we got in on a free day. A gem that has not yet been discovered by the tourist crowd. So they think they can accuse a 19 year old boy of all these crimes and ban him. Well since its the chief of police who is doing it. Shouldn't he have legally charged him?
