Our Homeschool Group visited this morning for a tour of the glass blowing factory. The ladies in the gift shop area were so kind and knowledgeable, they did a great job keeping the kid’s attention with facts about the glass blowing process. No "tour". Just go in to work area, go up the stairs to scaffolding, and watch them make random glass pieces. No explanations or background given. The pieces are very pretty, but no real "artistry" as everything looked like something I could buy at Pottery Barn or Target, etc. Items are way overpriced. $65 for a small bear ornament that was most likely molded?
