Everything went so smoothly! From the tour, to booking, to paying, to planning, and the actual big day!

The venue itself is beautiful. If you’re looking for a place where you don’t need a ton of decorations to create a really cool atmosphere, this is your place! And being right on the lake is a big plus!

Christy was amazing to work with! She always had an answer, and responded promptly. We had one planning meeting about 5 months out, and we nailed down all the details. Then a couple weeks out, we exchanged emails to get the floor plan covered. Then on the wedding day, everything went perfectly! All of the logistical parts of the night were taken care of, and the staff and bartenders were so friendly!

And then the food! My husband and I initially looked at Aud Mar because Bass Bay Brewhouse is one of our favorite restaurants. And the buffet dinner served was out of this world! We had pretty typical buffet food (chicken, beef, mashed potatoes, etc) but the flavor was far from typical! I thoroughly enjoyed my plate, and I’m still getting compliments on the food from guests! And they made it so easy to offer a (delicious!) vegetarian option for those who needed it.

Bottom line: I really hope Aud Mar has your date available, because you will love having your reception here! I initially thought I wanted a downtown Milwaukee venue, but nothing could have been...

Well where can I start I used to love going to this place but the last time we were there the service was awful took 15 minutes to get are drinks and the food was so so under cooked and cold but the big issue was that I almost swallowed a big piece of glass! That was in my orange juice! And all they did about it was say they were sorry! Glad it was me cause if one of my kids swallowed it. It could have ended up a lot worse. Nothing taking off the bill all we got was a sorry that happend I've been in the industry for more than 25 years and if this would have happened at any other establishment I'm sure it would have been resolved in a better way. I will never return and all the people I've talked to won't even step foot in there someone...

Beautiful atmosphere and location. Feels like you are up north. Wheels fell off the bus with the staff. The outdoor bartenders were so slow to take care of people, to handle orders, could not remember drink orders, and then could not charge us because the other one ran off with the POS machine. They brought food out to the bar area and could not figure out where it went. When our table was ready we went to the hostess stand and no one was there. There were 2 employees sitting and giggling to each other. After a few minutes, 1 of them stood up to check us in. Then she was our server - oh yeah. She forgot 1 of our drinks and we had to ask for a pitcher of water 2x. By this point the place was almost empty. Again, beautiful location, but...
