This was, without question, the most refined and exclusive wine tasting I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely love Seven Apart wines! The tasting experience was great! Yannick is incredible with his knowledge, contacts and experience. We were introduced to SA just after they opened the new facility so we feel we found a jewel before others. Can not wait to see the future for SA. We highly recommend SA to all our friends. WOW! Seven Apart has in a short period time become a real player in the CA Wine industry. Although large in size, they bring incredible focus, execution, and quality. The wines, although relatively young, taste incrdeible well with structure and depth. I cant wait for a little more age. My only complaint is that there is just not enough product to go around....
