I would love to give this more stars but cannot due to the fact that we got cheated by only being taken on 6 zip lines. Only 1 of which was actually high off the ground. There were 2 guides for our group, but only Sebastian, was professional. Our tour was cut short when we were on the tour and the other guide decided we weren’t going to any additional zip lines. Came to learn it was because someone on the tour could not physically do the higher/faster zip lines. That person was not with me, but another person in the tour. So, instead of letting everyone else go on, the guide decided to cut everyone’s experience SHORT. For the $80 I paid after taxes and fees, I felt very cheated. The entire time was supposed to be nearly 2 hours and 8 zip lines, per the description. It was NOT. It was only barely an hour. So beware…if you happen to be put in a group with others less physically capable, you will get cheated. Nashville...

We loved it! 40 year old, my 70 year old dad and my 9 year old daugther. The guys and manager Cam are great. Best service, kindness and patience ever! The front desk girl very nice! The only thing is that they don’t do refunds so if you get ready to go, get harness, get taken up to place, take safety class and and get to the first zip line of the course of 8 and you chicken out which happened to my mom which she was concern for health issues then no refund. You lose your money! Word of advice make sure you are definitely doing it before you pay! Definitely not an activity for people with any kind of health issues (they are very supportive so they make it sound like you can) but since you have to land hard at times and the paths to get to each one is not for unhealthy peps for sure! Just a piece of advice! But the rest of us loved it including my dad which was so scare to go on it! The instructors...

Rachel and Carlo were our guides. This was my 1st time ziplining outdoors and Rachel was very understanding and patient with me walking the trails as the hills had me all out of breath walking to the next line! Not to mention the adrenaline from one line to the next! She even suggested I go 1st on the line before walking to the last big hill to give me more time to walk it before everyone finishes and more time to relax in-between before going. Rachel knew I was nervous and hesitant to step off and go each time, but she was so calm, very patient with me to go when I was ready. She was our little cheerleader when we were coming in making our landing. I felt very comfortable and confident that everything would be ok, even though I was nervous the whole way. Overall, I was happy to have her as a guide and had so much fun “coming in hot” down the line! I totally recommend!...

We zip lined in the snow in January, 2023. About 35 degrees. It was great! It was just my husband and I on the trip with 2 guides. Lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. It was easily worth twice what we paid. I would recommend thick socks, gloves, sweatshirt and head covering if you’re going in the cold. We aren’t fearful of heights, but I think most people could get comfortable with the zip lines even if they are afraid of heights. Everything felt very safe and secure. The lines increase in speed and height to get you acclimated. The guides were very knowledgeable and just generally fun to talk to. We will definitely do this again the next time we’re in town. Just a note, we reluctantly didn’t take our 5 year old girls and that was the right decision. It’s still a bit too intimidating at that age. A confidant 8-9 year old could definitely enjoy this!
