Nashville Paddle Company — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

Terrible service. We arrive at 1pm and the employees begin to tell us that we cannot rent paddles because another group had reservations for 2:30pm though we only wanted rentals for an hour. At 3pm we call to make reservations for 6pm and they recommend that we call back later because of possible weather delays. We were staying within minutes away so we called and they proceeded to tell us that the weather was not going to permit though the sun was still out. We then show up at the place at around 6pm anyway and they tell us that they’re closed and they wouldn’t allow us anyway because of the weather, mind you, the day was perfect with only some clouds in the sky as the attached photo shows. Online it says that they close at 7:30pm. We then walk to the car and from there call to find a way to get in contact with the manager and they do not answer the phone though they were inside.

Really bad experience. bad customer service that seemed like they just did not want to do their work. First time there and would’ve been a beautiful experience, as the environment is amazing, if the employees would’ve...

I tried passing by with a group of friends around 1pm and was told we couldn't rent paddleboards because there was a reservation at 2:30pm. They told us to call back after 5pm. When we called back, they said the weather was going to get bad and wouldn't let us rent. The weather was calm and fine..

On Google it shows that it's open till 7:30pm. We showed up at 6pm with perfect weather and they said they close at 7pm plus bad weather was "coming in" and STILL wouldn't let us rent.

Super unproffesional. Horrible service. We tried calling back multiple times from different numbers in an attempt to reach the manager but they wouldn't answer the phone.

Dont even bother trying to visit....

Rented a kayak and paddle board. Was told it was a 2 hr rental. We left at exactly 1:15pm, so one would assume that the rental lasts until 3:15, right? Because that’s 2 hrs. Well, apparently that’s not the case. The rental times are based on their pre designated time slots, it doesn’t matter what time you arrive. So if you arrive at 1:30 and get a 2 hr rental you have to return it by 3, apparently. I say apparently because none of this was explained until after we finished our trip. Upon which they charged us an extra $20 fee for being “late”. 0...
