Me and a group of relatives went and walked the trails for a little while. It was pretty easy hiking for me (I'm used to small mountains and woodland trails) and it was relatively flat. However, when we went it had rained a lot and the trails we're really muddy and slippery, but I'd definitely recommend wearing hiking boots or something more rugged and that you don't mind getting a little dirty.
