I ordered a picture on May 8th. The confirmation email says most orders will be received within 2-3 weeks from the processing date. I ended up calling on May 30th (the day after the 3 week mark) to check the status since I had received no communication from them. The lady that answered was very pleasant and said they were finishing up April orders, but would be starting May orders the following week and I could call back to check. I called back on June 6th and was told they were still behind, but it should go out the following week and I could call back to check. I waited to call just in case maybe I was just being too impatient and I didn’t want to be a bother. I waited until the week of June 15th before calling again. The first couple times no one answered. I did leave a message, to which no one called me back. When I did finally speak to someone on June 20th she was rather rude. I asked about the status of my order and was placed on a hold. At this point it’s been 6 weeks since I placed the order. She came back and told me there was an issue with the frames and a miscommunication with the framer, but it should go out the following week. I expressed my frustration by saying that I had essentially been told the same thing multiple times with no real resolution. She got upset with me saying that she had already told me there was an issue with the frames. I confirmed with her that I should get an email when the picture ships and she said yes. I did not want to argue with her, so thanked her and hung up. The order shipped on June 26th and I received it June 28th. For as much as they wanted to blame the framer, you’d think they’d check the frame before sending it out. There was a part of the frame where it looked like heavy pressure was applied by a blunt object and then dragged across, and the corners were not fully connected. There are gaps between each corner of the frame. It was a gift and the recipient decided they would rather keep it than worry about how long it would take to fix. My take away is that if April orders were being finished by the end of May, and if you complete orders in the order that they were received, then an order placed at the beginning of May should not have taken until the end of June to finish. I never asked for any sort of refund or compensation, but I was also not offered an apology. They save face by putting most in their email so there’s no definitive time frame. Three stars because the picture itself is beautiful.
TLDR: Don’t expect a quick turn around, buy your own frame, and don’t expect real answers from whoever...

Billy took the time to answer all our questions. I was asking about his painting technique. He pulled out originals and let me handle them and see his work up close.
