The pic is a order large CHEESE bread we paid for. We split in half. WHERES THE CHEESE? The pic on the pizza box is of the cheese bread shows lots of cheese on top, never had a issue before this. We should have got charged for just plain garlic bread. When I called about it the employee was nice and said they’ll fix it next time we order. Also, we ordered crispy crust on the APP and they didn’t tell us they stopped having that type of crust UNTIL we went there to pick up our order. No big deal but the app should be updated to what the store has and don’t have. The prices on the take out flyers and the APP are wrong as well, like everything else in life. They went up in price. Twice now, we have ordered their "TACO SALAD", and it came without ANY taco chips. None !!!! I called and spoke with Sebastian, and explained the situation. He put me on hold and when he got back on the phone, he told me that I'd have to "bring it back " to them to see. I told him I had this order delivered ($3.50 charge) because I didn't want to drive 15 mins to pick it up, and I wasn't going to drive there now so they can correct their mistake. I offered to take a pic and send it to them, but was told NO because it wasn't their policy. Bottom line, we got screwed out of what we paid for, and they pretty much called us liars. Wow. Okay, totally dysfunctional. Worst ECP ever! They're so cheap with the meats you have to order double and I had to mention being comped TO THE FEMALE OWNER, after offering to send a photo of this sorry sub. Then her cheap ass offered $4.00 when the sub was $12.99. As a business owner of not one, but 2 businesses, I'll take a LOSS for customer service. I should have had entire meal comped because it wasn't enjoyed. I'm happy she did comp the $12.99. Its all about fairness, not a guveaway. Now I will be looking for another sub or wings shop.
