I could not recommend this company more! I called after hours yesterday, very upset because my phone had been thrown in the toilet and I couldn’t get it to back up or stay on. 22,000 pictures in memories. The owner met me at the store and took my phone and immediately started working on it. I called him a little bit ago and he was able to back up everything on my phone! 😭 I have been heartbroken thinking I’d never get those pictures back, and because of the fast & diligent work of this company, I get EVERYTHING BACK!! The best, honest, customer service ever. My phone screen shattered, I desperately called, they asked if I could be there in 15. An hour later, he tells me there’s an issue with my phone casing and that it wasn’t a huge deal but they wanted to do quality work so basically, I got a great deal on a nearly brand new phone. I ended up getting factory locked out of that phone (totally my fault), brought it in to them again, and they helped me out free of charge. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They definitely deserve to be paid for much more than they charge, just considering their kindness and work ethic! I won’t use anyone...

I bought a new phone several weeks ago and I could not get it to send or receive data. I have taken my phone to AT&T in Joplin 3 times and they had tried to figure out the problem. They couldn't. Also went to two other phone medics in Joplin, same thing they went thru all the settings and could not fix. I was told of Cell Phone Repair in Neosho, just a couple days ago. I went today and they had me fixed up and running in less than 20 minutes. These guys are Good! Also very professional , friendly and very reasonable! We will take All of our electronics to them!
