Overall it's a fairly large area with well kept and manicured grass fields leaving more than plenty of room for the youngins' to play soccer. I will warn you though. You WILL MOST DEFINITELY NEED to carry with you an abundance of "OFF" bug spray. There's multitudes of different pesky swarms from gnats to flys, and bees to wasps. Just an unbelievable variety of pestering insects and various creepy crawlers that seem to be quite the unstoppable force. Also bring lots of sunscreen, because there's hardly any shade to be...

Nice little park just outside of the Square in Neosho. There's a small playground for kids and a couple picnic tables for people to gather around. There's a creek that runs through the park and lots of trees and grassy spaces. This would have been an ideal place for a dog park, which is several miles away at another park in town.

This park is only so-so in the winter with the trees all bare but it's beautiful in the...

So much potential for this park it really is disappointing, I will give them credit for keeping up with mowing... I wish the city would allow me the opportunity to show them how to make this an amazing park, it would not be hard to go far as to say they could be profiting off of it as well... It is also against the mo Dept of conservation to be wading in hickory Creek with pores shoes FYI because I know it not publicized...

My daughter loves the high ground trail and the bike zone Neosho, there are also for walking, hiking, volleyball, basketball and tennis, and soccer, the restrooms are clean it also has picnic tables. Has great shade areas around the park. There are some wasp around some of the building where the restrooms are so be careful. But over all it's nice and peaceful

Took my kids to try out some trout fishing. I wasn't too hopeful upon initially seeing the creek, it was low and super clear. However, we found several trout and managed to catch one. Also caught several sunfish. The park is well maintained and there is a lot of shady areas. Nice place to bring the family, will definitely come back!

I don't know who's idea it is to mow the grass when the grass is wet but it makes the park look bad especially when the parks employee is mowing at full throttle without having any eye protection on not picking up the broken limbs just mowing over them and no regard for me setting at the picnic table
