Whitmore Mansion — Attraction in Nephi

We rented a room through AirBnB and there was some slight confusion with the check in process, but it was easily sorted out with a phone call. The Inn keeper was so kind and welcoming! She had binders full of old pictures of the building and her passion and love for the place was obvious. She gave us a tour and showed us all the unoccupied themed rooms, each room had a cool theme. We are hotel snobs and very pleased with the clean room, updated tv’s with HDMI connection, and complimentary Martinelli beverage chilled in ice. The jacuzzi in our room was huge and the overall room had fun little quirks like a bidet. We went downstairs and talked with some other folks staying here and they told us how much they loved this place and even said they had stayed here several times and planned to stay even more. The highlight of the trip was the fun escape room the Inn offers in the basement. It was so fun! We had a great night sleep and woke up to the free break they offered. Most establishments offer a poor excuse for a free breakfast... not this place! They had bottles of milk, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal! Honestly the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! Overall very very pleased! I’m definitely planning on staying there again, and even trying to convince family and friends to rent the entire place for a reunion. I booked a historical tour to see the Whitmore Mansion on July 19th. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the owners name who gave us the tour but she was very pleasant and answered any questions we had as she took us through the mansion and told us George Whitmore's history, and the history of the mansion after he passed.

It was heart warming to see how dedicated the owners are to the mansions history and George Whitmore's history. As a descendant of his brother Brigham Whitmore, I truly appreciate how much effort the owners put into the mansion and the Whitmore's history!

I am so excited to visit again! The owner told us they were recreating the original wallpaper from the mansion and I can't wait to see that piece of history put back into...

Due to a family emergency I missed my window to leave a review on Airbnb and I am devastated because this was such a magical stay. We received excellent customer service for our stay. Jaclyn was amazing. The mansion was beautiful and interesting and well maintained. The rooms were amazing. I could not recommend staying here enough.
