I am only reviewing the baseball fields here. They are terrible. The infield is a dust bowl and the grass is long and patchy. The worst part is the pitching mounds and area around home plate. There are literal holes where the rubber is and where your foot would land on the mound as well as in the batters box. It is a wonder a kid hasn't slipped and gotten hurt or snapped an ankle. These fields need some serious work. We played several games here throughout the season so this was not just a one time thing. The other big flaw is how close the fields are to each other. Foul balls come flying at the spectators in between the fields as well as into other fields. You hear "heads up" all the time. My daughter got hit in the knee as one ricocheted off the fence and back at her. They are the worst fields we stepped foot on in our 33 game season. Too bad too because the...

These are some of the poorest quality baseball fields in the area, maybe the state. The two smaller diamonds -- 8U - 10U -- are okay. The four larger diamonds are barely playable. The regulation diamond (Field 1) is the worst. The edge of the inner field grass is ridiculously high. I've had infielders go down for a ground ball only to have the ball come up and hit them in the face. The outfield is so pockmarked and uneven that playing on the surface of the moon would make for more predictable bounces. Only the aroma from the nearby water treatment facility is worse, but it's fitting for the field. If you can find another league or have fields that you can offer teams that play out of East Shore Travel League, do it. Both teams will be immensely...

The place is a little rundown and needs fixing in certain areas of the park and Other then that it's enjoyable still. I used 2 go quite frequently back in the day like going 2 👀 see my little cousin playing on a little League team in the ⚾ baseball fields or when I was young playing 🏀 basketball and riding my 🚲 bike on the trails and playing on the playground and also ice ⛸ skating 4 which I miss dearly and is dear 2 my ❤ heart. Highly recommended by me I must say still 2 this day. Enjoy and have some fun in the 🌞...

The site of SCC Cross Country races annually, I give this park a ZERO for that specifically, otherwise it is a sprawling coastal park with top notch tide pools and paved walkways amongst big fields and baseball diamonds in various conditions. More or less a hidden gem in New Haven, once you drop down to the water, a barrier of sea grass blocks noise and leaves you in one of New Haven’s many coastal oases.

The park is located next to ocean and view is beautiful. Best if you have dogs or want to jog. Childers have good play options and there are tennis courts, baseball fields and soccer fields. Ample parking options. I love this park! Enjoyed sunset today.

Best park around the area. Great for walking there is a cement walk around the whole park so u can run as well, and bring your furry friend. They have 4 baseball fields and soccer fields. You can also fish! Very beautiful.
