I play baseball here on Sunday mornings fairly regularly. It's not a very well maintained baseball field and the infield is not well groomed at all. It also does not drain very well and if it rained in the previous several days there will be some standing water on the field. Nevertheless, the field does get the job done and I have enjoyed many a Sunday morning here playing softball. There are decent dugouts and ample room for the players to sit. Looks wonderful...left NYC in 1983....miss the Big Apple and it's diversity...people and food ! The atmosphere is calm, with plenty of greenery and open space, and the fresh air from the bay makes the walk especially nice.
