I ordered two pieces of art, both of which are beautiful. They both arrived before they were expected to arrive. One of the pieces arrived in perfect condition. The other piece arrived, but the print is crumpled and it begs the question, "why did I pay so much for this"? I have reached out to customer service and they have not reached back out. It says to allow at least three business days for them to follow up and have not heard back. I emailed again and will wait I suppose. I also called, but it just tells me that they don't have anyone to answer the call and then it tells you to use their customer support. I am pretty bummed about this. My hope was that it would be successful and I'm still holding onto some hope that they will contact me. If I do not hear back regarding the art that did not arrive in good condition then I will proceed with another route. 50% of my order arrived in good condition so that's the silver lining if I'm looking for one. The packaging was sturdy and shipping was extremely fast (I placed my order on Sunday and it shipped the next day). But what stood out most to me was their customer service when I requested an exchange of one piece, as I felt it didn’t quite fit the decor I was aiming for. I ordered a 60x40 and I see that there is an $85 shipping fee for oversized artwork. This is something we need to have a conversation about. I need someone to contact me. This is some bad business. I am already sceptical of ordering off line and you confirmed why I feel that way. I wish I had never ordered this mess. I will not use your service again. The 24-48 hours to respond has been up.
