The Vineyard Church, Bloomington-Normal — Attraction in Normal

Tried out this church and was disappointed, first u drive in and there's potholes bigger than the craters in mars, then as a first time guest we were welcomed, but it felt like people were being more nosey then welcoming, and as the service started, the pastor said this ain't about money but ended the service talking bout money and how their church donations goin to potholes in the parking lot and damages in the building and ect. Didn't hear much about the bible or scriptures or didn't feel any connection to God when I walked out. Just felt like the entire service about having "generousity" = a way about talking bout getting money...

Enjoyed visiting.

The worship felt authentic and slightly "acoustic"; which I have a soft spot for.

The people were friendly. And, l felt welcomed.

At the time of my visit there was a message they had posted up on the windows and the inside walls which read, "Do it again". I LOVE the SPIRIT of that message! And, it told me that they are asking for, and EXPECTING a move of God 🔥
