I would give this 0 stars if I could. When we first got there I noticed a little boy behind the counter along with the woman who rang us up. He eventually ended up coming to the play area and my son went into the dodgeball area. Him and my son started playing and he immediately started throwing the ball so hard at my son that he curled up into a ball bc the little boy wouldn’t stop throwing the ball so hard at him; and his head at that. Mind you, the rules strictly said “no head shots”. I finally had to tell him to stop throwing it so hard and he proceeds to tell me that’s how you play. So I told my son to leave the dodgeball area. There were other kids out playing and jumping all around the park with the balls that were in the dodgeball area. Wasn’t a problem for 45 mins. Then all of a sudden this same boy came and took the ball from my son and kicked it over a wall where it was gone. I asked him what was the point in that and he proceeded to tell me that’s balls we’re not allowed outside of the dodgeball area. ?? So I went and got my son another ball to play with. After that the little boy went to an employee (slicked back hair with glasses, very quiet and not very friendly) and he proceeded to get up from his chair and go SNATCH the ball from my son, not saying a word. So I confronted him to see what the problem was. He also stated no balls were allowed outside the dodgeball area. I told him all he had to do was ask my son to take the ball back instead of just snatching the ball from his hands. I proceeded to tell him that all the kids had been playing with the same balls the last 45 mins and nothing was said to them nor was their ball snatched away from them. Needless to say we left bc my child was not going to be treated this way in a place where kids are supposed to be welcome. I would recommend that if you do take your kids here WATCH THEM CLOSELY! I will NOT be going back here and I hope you read this review in full before you decide to...
Read moreTo say that inefficiency is running rampant would be an understatement.
1 Hour after scheduled jump time and we are still waiting for admission into the trampoline park. Prepaid and filled out waivers prior to arrival.
The line is out the door with people standing in the rain while ropes for making lines sit not set up and a complete waste of space in the foyer.
Staff seems not concerned or indifferent to the mass of wet frustrated waiting customers.
So here we sit waiting to get into an event we already paid for. Ps. you have to buy their socks that are not included in the price and necessitate waiting in line regardless of prior work done on web.
But don’t worry they have plenty of time to reload the tickets on the arcades while kids have nothing else to do. So either they make more money off arcades and don’t care about parents frustration or they are inept, or both?
That’s enough about the front.
As far as the actual park. Clean, good assortment of activities. Nice ninja warrior type course.
Foam pit by rock wall seems unregulated and way to close to pugils on balance beam. Smaller kids taking foam blocks out of pit to build forts from under where bigger kids are on rock wall. A few close calls with bodies falling and a lack of foam to cushion the fall. Honestly I blame inattentive parents for this one. Did I mention it's raining. So apparently different color wristbands are to signify what time frame you are apart of but no one is leaving do to the rain outside, which is what caused the delay for entry do to too many people in the park.
So why have scheduled times on signup if this time frame rule poorly enforced?
Suggestion: At the top of every hour, Shut it down and readmit who belongs and keep it moving for those waiting in the rain.
Kids had a blast and are unaware of shortcomings and inefficiency so for that I will give 2...
Read moreMy kiddo loves this place and every trampoline park we have ever been to. My biggest complaint about this particular place is that it is more expensive than any trampoline park we have ever been to and half the size of the other places. The party packages are more expensive and offer less perks. We were also charged for 2 uninvited guest, with zero way to dispute (could easily be eradicated if the facility offered, like most places, their own invitations to enter). Near the end our party hostess left us with a new girl, which was fine, but she had no idea we had goody bags, so half of our guest did not receive them. They do offer military/veteran discounts on regular jumps and axe throwing, but not the party packages. We ended up paying nearly $60 more for the 2 uninvited guests, as they charge for the jump time and the socks. Another big complaint is the socks, which you cannot use socks from other trampoline parks, they said for insurance reasons they don't allow it. We have never had a problem with using our trampoline socks at any trampoline park, so this was a first and very disappointing. These socks are the most uncomfortable trampoline socks we've ever used and made it not very fun for me particularly. The membership price is higher than the last membership we had in Virginia Beach, so we declined that also. The facility is clean and for the most part the attendants watching the jumpers are fair...
