We stopped here during a girls trip to the Lake Erie Wine Trail. It was our only disappointment of the trip. I gave it 2 stars because of Sherry who was fantastic. Her customer service skills were exceptional, and she went above and beyond in trying to make up for the horrible food that should have never left the kitchen. My friend ordered the beef tacos with cole slaw, and both were inedible and quickly returned. The cole slaw had a rancid taste to eat (vinegar that had turned I'm assuming), and the beef was just horrible. My friend is the least picky person I know who rarely complains, and she took 1 bite of each and almost gagged. Shame on the cook for allowing it to leave the kitchen!! I ordered the mango salsa with chips. There was nothing wrong with it, per se, but I certainly wouldn't order it again. The wine was not good at all, but I realize that can be a matter of personal preference. I hope the manager speaks with the cook to ensure this doesn't happen again. On a positive note, it's a cute winery with a nice outdoor space. And, again, Sherry should be commended for her professional and...

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere wraps around you like a favorite sweater—warm lighting and a layout that invites both intimate conversation and celebratory laughter. The decor blends rustic charm with modern touches, giving off the kind of energy that says, “You’re exactly where you need to be.” It’s the kind of place where you lose track of time—in the best way. There’s a buzz of life without the chaos, and the staff seem genuinely happy to be there, which makes all the difference. Whether you’re on a date night or catching up with friends, this spot hits every note just right. There’s a nice variety of wines to choose from so you’re likely to find something to please everyone in the group. Not a wine drinker? No problem! There’s plenty of beer choices to pick from. The food has great, fresh flavors with nice sized portions. Did I mention the outdoor courtyard has a fantastic view of the lake with live music playing on some nights? We met up with friends here and had such a great time together. Would highly recommend and will be back next time we’re...

Not inclusive, not family friendly—avoid. Edited due to owner’s poor response:

Still no ownership —just defense of their google reviews. For the record: the only gluten-free item listed is $2 crackers, all prepared in a shared gluten kitchen. No ownership, no reflection—just a snide “1%” remark. If that doesn’t say it all not sure what does.

Stopped in for lunch —brought a small gluten-free pizza for our children with dietary restrictions. Even after explaining this- pizza was for children only, two staff members approached us, no ‘Hello’ or smile, just stating no outside food — requesting us to purchase “gluten free chips” as the only alternative for the kids. When asking 2nd staff member where to order food for the adults—she stated ‘over there’ and walked away from our table. It felt very unwelcoming and made our child and myself uncomfortable. We ended up leaving.

We’ve experienced other establishments that were very kind and will be returning to...

Very nice large seating areas, fireplace and very large outdoor seating, very poor tasting service, seems like they don't want the business. Two people working ,I stood for a very long time to be waited on to buy wine after tasting while two workers were all talking to the same guy, they kept looking in my direction but never offered to help. The one other worker that was helping someone else , when she was done with the person she was helping, she turned to me and helped me. I have been to Arundel Cellars about fifteen times in the past four years, if it weren't for the people I bring on wine tours wanting to stop, I would never stop.15 April 2023 the four woman I brought for tastings want to leave half way thru their tastings because of bad service. Two workers trying to take care of 75 doesn't work!

This brewery/winery is housed in a gorgeous rustic building with tons of outdoor seating. They have a large selection of craft brews and wine. They provide a wide choice of sizes for beer, from tastings, samples, pints, 32-oz crowlers, and 64-oz growlers. The hazy IPA is the only beer I tried the one day I went, and it was a little strange - it has some funk to it that didn't seem like it belonged, but was still drinkable. I only wish they would furnish the place to match the exquisite building. They had cheap plastic folding tables and picnic tables indoors and out with cheap folding metal chairs. They were all very rickety and unstable. If the furnishings matched the building it would be incredible.
