Goynes Park — Attraction in North Las Vegas

Nice park. Looks like the baseball field is the main attraction. Nice facilities. Restroom is on site. Covered picnic area. Kids area. Parking area can handle about 100 vehicles and this is off street parking. Only thing that needs addressed is the low hanging tree branches. Don't the Parks and Rec Dept ever trim the low tree branches at any of these parks? Seems like a lack of oversight. The recreation center is named after my dad previous North Las Vegas City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Theron Goynes. We love to carry our family to the recreation center each fourth of July to watch firecrackers. We likewise prefer to come a stroll around and unwind and watch the children play.
