I came here for the first time last month and was pleasantly surprised by how unique and fun this park is. The adults and kids loved it. The structures within the playground had different features to make it look like a wooden log or mushroom. I loved the mushroom table with acorn seats. The kids favorite was the rolling slide which I hadn't seen the likes of that type of slide since late 90s going to the Discovery Zone (RIP DZ). Adventure world has a bigger and smaller play area for options if you have smaller kiddos, two rows of swings, walking trail, amazing architectural features, and a solid but soft foundation to minimize injury in the event of a fall or trip up. The parking lot was completely full the Sunday afternoon we visited yet despite a full lot, the park did not once seem over crowded and has plenty of room for all those wild, energetic children. I had no problem going through the big playground and down slides as an adult. 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan to return. I love parks like this hidden gem and had a lot of fun...

Amazing park! Active daily. All new themed playground. Quite a variety to enjoy. Bathrooms available. Plenty of parking. Nice, quiet suburban area by schools. The winding trails through the woods is the best part. Great for a walk with friwnds and family or a running/jogging route. Concrete trails and dirt trails. Many types of plant life with info boards along the trail pointing out the variety of plants. However, BEWARE of Snakes. I live close and frequent the park. I have had ONE encounter with a snake so it is not an extreme occurrence, but some can be poisonous. Dont let this deter your visit. It is not exteme although visitors should be vigilant. All in all it is a great playground for kids combined with a delightful...

Love this park. My son and I live about 40 minutes away and I take him here on the weekends anyway. This park has been around since I was a kid. Used to play there all the time when I lived in NRH.

The park is always clean and is in a great area. No issues with drugs and alcohol or paraphernalia left behind.

The equipment is nice and always looks brand new. Very well maintained.

The restrooms are fine, but I didn't notice any soap dispensers. With Covid still ongoing it would be great to see hand sanitizing stations near by or soap inside the restrooms at least.

Overall the park is fantastic. It's updated, clean, and in a great area. There's a good reason why I drive almost an hour to take...

A really nice park with a very large playground space for different ages. Plenty of tables and benches scattered throughout. Public restrooms are available. Lots of trails, dirt and concrete, for walking and cycling. You can explore the dirt trails to find wildlife. There are posters to help identify the wildlife, so it's very educational for the little ones. There's a baseball field complex on the other side of the Cross Timbers Park.

It is a really nice park for the kids to come in and spend a few hours in the playgrounds. The variety of things to do seems to keep kids busy. There is also a good trail here. This was our second time here and first time with our little one. First time I was here was to do photoshoot for my clients We did a little photoshoot of our own this time. It has some pretty good spots to take great pictures. A hidden gem I would say.
