Wow, this was the most complicated and chaotic venue I’ve been to in my 30 years of living. First, there was no way to get there without walking a mile or taking a school bus after you Uber. Next, you had to get in line to get into the carnival, then you had to get into another line if you were seeing a concert, then you had to get in another line to get tickets for drinks, then you had to get in a line to get your ID checked, then you can finally buy alcohol with your tickets and enter the pavilion. We missed almost 20-30 minutes of Lil Wayne and paid $75 each. He was on for an hour. Getting a ride afterwards was near impossible and none of the employees working the traffic were helpful. So thankful we were able to find a Lyft after waiting about an hour. I will...

This is by far the best outdoor concert venue in northwest Indiana. Honestly anything you name for second place doesn't even come close!! Perfect acoustics on a summer night with a light breeze coming off the lake! I mean c'mon people !! Plenty of parking and lots of room to dance!!! I'll even go as far as to say this venue blows the shed in Tinley Park out of the water! Take advantage of the festival of the lakes lineup which takes place every July!! Past performances have included The Roots, John Fogerty, Lil Wayne, Akon, Third Eye Blind,...

It is such a nice park now with trails connecting to eggers park. Great for bike riding or running or just strolling around looking at the various wildlife. The surrounding areas like the expressway are a bit of an eye sore if your just there for the scenery, but that's about it. Unless you enter the wolf lake park side, opposite of the pavilion, you would be able to go to the playground as this is just a parking lot with a stage that's connected to a lake and park. I've been fishing here a few times and haven't...

So I went there to see Sublime. The Sublime show was totally awesome 5 stars all the way. Was disappointed that they wouldn't let us bring umbrellas in the rain O can see if they don't let you at the concert part but think they should let you in the fairgrounds. Beer was expensive but that's to be expected. Like that they have an open beer garden bit disappointed they didn't have mixed drinks this year. The guys from Dick Diamond and the Dusters seemed pretty cool.

It was my first time coming to the fireworks for 4th of July. Didn’t come prepared but now I know next time to bring a cooler with goodies . I thought there might be vendors there .It was just the music .Place to relax and watch the fireworks .The atmosphere was very relaxing bringing families together enjoy the company. I did see that you can bring your foldable chairs and coolers. Other than that we enjoyed it.
