First- the mini golf course was in horrible condition. The wood pathways are rickety with very loose handrails with nails popping out. One hole, the cement barrier had such big cracks and holes in it that my ball actually went into a iant crack in the sidewalk and got stuck. Another hole was completely flooded so we had to skip it. The pond around the course was full of garbage and smelled horrible.

Second- we went on the go carts with our young kids and a woman driving another cart was ramming small children and myself into the walls with her cart repeatedly. She spun out several little kids to the point that they were stuck and needed assistance. Nothing was done to stop her.

Third- we used to be able to bring unused activity tickets back to the front desk and trade them for tokens in the arcade. After the go cart stuff, my kids wanted nothing to do with riding go carts and just wanted to play games. We had $50 worth of activity tickets left and were told we couldn't get arcade credits for them and that we could use them next time we come. The outdoor activities close in the next few weeks so we're kinda forced to come back in a week or so or just loose that $50. We sould have been told that we wouldn't be able to trade those in. If I was a tourist and not a local that's able to come back in the next couple weeks, I would have fought for my money back.

Not good. All the other Craigs Cruisers are clean and not falling apart and we'll managed. This location...

Took my son and some friends here the day before I had to run to the mackinaw bridge to meet his dad. Let me express something very important, EAT BEFORE YOU COME HERE!!!!!! We had ordered 3 packages, which we got 3 different types of pizzas. 1. Extra cheese and pepperoni, 2. mushroom and sausage 3rd. pepperoni and mushroom. Now although we loved the pizzas I was running to the bathroom soon after eating and I was a hurting puppy all night! When I came downstairs and talked to everyone they had been up all night too. NOT GOOD! We are thinking they are not storing their food properly, being left out for long periods of time and not checking the temps. Lots of places do this, its an easy fix. Today is April 6th, 2013, we ate there yesterday. Looks like a health inspector needs to go there and make a surprise visit. Now besides the food, the place is so much fun! Lots of arcade games, 2 differ race tracks for go carts, mini golf, so whats not to love huh? I just know I wont be eating here again, and neither will the other four ppl who were with me. Sorry, I dont like even having to give a bad review but when all of us are sick as dogs I dont have a choice sorry. I hope they get it fixed and put a health inspection sign up of changes that were made before i do eat there again. SUCKS cause their pizza is GOOD! The kids working there are...

I just recently visited the location in Muskegon, I usually always go to the location in Grand Rapids but didn’t want to drive…Well it was a huuuuge disappointment besides The boys working the carts…who were personable at least. The rest of the employees were just standing around lounging talking and laughing. I Went up to the counter to buy tickets no one noticed because they were to busy talking even though 3 of them were standing right there. After I left the arcade with my ticket paper no one was in the area for me to redeem the ticket even though we stood there for 10 minutes out in the OPEN (just to see if someone would come over) but no.. they were too busy talking even the manager. We just threw it away and left. Some games didn’t work, motor boats didn’t work…& the girl working the ticket booth outside acted like she didn’t want to be there. It was just annoying. They also NEED a severe upgrade. They need MORE attractions and remodeled bathrooms. Another thing I know they have teens working at these places but that doesn’t excuse the extreme unprofessionalism. I won’t be back. Save the headache and go to Grand Rapids, it’s...

This place is awesome! We first came on a Friday, but it started raining. The staff informed us that we could use the purchased tickets another day. We ended up coming back the next day and experienced all their outdoor activities. They have two different tracks for the karts, a course for racing and a low-friction track for drifting. Both were well-maintained and very fun! The karts and the bumper boats are not super friendly towards taller folks, but we still had a blast! I'm 5'10" and my husband is 6'2" but we were able to squish into separate karts/boats. If you are tall and aren't able to bend, you might need to take a pass. The mini golf was a nice course that takes you up and then down a waterfall structure. Not very difficult, so perfect for kids. The batting cages use tokens that can be exchanged for bills. One token is currently $2. Overall a great experience!

Craig’s Cruisers is a cool location! From normal go-karts to kiddie karts and Sprint cars on a drifting track, they really have a lot yo offer as far as go-karts go. They also have bumper boats, mini golf, arcade games, batting cages, a trampoline type thing, and a place for feeding goldfish. The staff seems to consist mostly of college age and a little younger. Which I assume means that the employees change quite often from summer to summer. They were mostly friendly but I say one or two employees that just seemed board out of their minds. Overall the experience was fun and I don’t regret it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for an inexpensive place to enjoy with friends and family.

Wonderful staff. The guy that manages it is so great he always makes sure his guests are happy and if there are any issues he makes sure to right them no questions asked! We also had My son's birthday party there back in October. We showed up and put decor up and everything else was provided! We birthday package was very reasonably priced in my opinion. Each kid got to do 3 outdoor activities, $5 in tokens, as well as pizza and pop! When I misplaced one of the cups of tokens, the manager replaced it, no questions asked! The pizza was hot and delicious. He made sure to check to see if we had enough and offered to make another if it wasn't. 10/10 recommend!
