Storage Sense - Pottsville — Attraction in Norwegian Township

I caught 5 mice in the 1st 13 days of renting unit F20, Aug 13-Aug23. I took all precautions to prevent problems by purchasing sticky traps, damp rid moisture buckets, rodent spray, moth balls. I also bought 2 plastic utility shelves to keep boxes etc off the floor. I sent an email to Amanda on Aug 20 and got no reply. Aug 21 Rocky in office offered to let me move to another unit, whats the point of that if they don't try and stop the rodent problem? I had to remove the few items I stored and give up unit. Amanda in the office stated "this is a public storage unit you should expect rodents!" To do better; you need to alert renters that there's a potential mice problem in an area and have them come inspect their unit to prevent an infestation and damage to their belongings. Although I cannot remember her name, which I apologize for because she was great! She was very nice, welcoming and personable. She explained the whole process completely and was very accomodating when I explained about the mix up with my revservation sending me to the wrong address I received from the confirmation email. Property is well maintained, a tad pricey for me, however, I feel confident my belongings are safe while being stored at that location. Please fix the wrong address on your public profile and email confirmation as it states 123 Industrial Park Road Pottsville and that is incorrect. The location is in Saint Clair, which isn't far, however, I am not from PA so I am not familiar with it so it was a tad unnerving and stressful to hunt around for the correct...

Wow what a great experience. I've rented from storage facilities in the past. This interaction was by far the best. Rachel was polite, informed and incredibly helpful. She called to confirm the rental and discuss options and answered every question clearly and concisely 4 days before we were scheduled to arrive. She even called the day of our first visit to confirm the appointment time and reassure us she would be there for us. A pleasant conversation and smiling face greated us on our arrival and walked us through the paperwork. She thoroughly made sure we understood the entire process.
