Lovely hike that really anyone can do! It can be slippery but since it’s an old highway it is completed paved all the way up, I even saw people mountain biking up/down. About 3 miles. The very beginning and very end are fenced off by signs, but just walk around them and it’s fine (everyone does), when you get to the very top for the lookout point, you’ll have to squeeze through the fence but the average height/weight person can squeeze through, or jump it.
