Its funny that people are reviewing this "Paliku" venue for tours. There is a separate "Kualoa Ranch" for those reviews. We had our ceremony at Paliku on Kualoa Ranch. The venue was stunning with mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. The venue was huge for our small guest count of 35, but we chose it for the view. Working with Kualoa was rough at first, the coordinator was not upfront about certain details and she changed the finalized contract that was meant to be signed by us. Luckily we noticed the change and requested everything to be corrected. This coordinator was let go from my understanding and after that, everything went smoothly. We were very happy with the next coordinator, she scheduled walk through with us and had great email communication. The equipment that came with the venue (ie the tables and chairs) were all in good condition, the kitchen area was pretty gross and the fridge was very dirty, the heritage room (bridal suite) was dingy and not the best for photos but it was a great place to get ready for the wedding. The bugs were not bad, it did rain the day before and a little bit during the wedding which left the ground very muddy. Overall, it was a very expensive venue that was only great because of the views and the included tables and chairs. The staff that was present at the end of our event were friendly.

As wedding photographers, we've had the privilege of capturing countless love stories at Kualoa Ranch Palikū Gardens, and it’s truly one of our favorite venues on Oahu. The first thing that stands out is the stunning scenery. The backdrop of the lush Koʻolau mountains paired with panoramic ocean views creates a magical atmosphere that feels straight out of a dream. The spacious layout of Palikū Gardens is perfect for couples looking for an outdoor venue that blends natural beauty with Hawaiian charm. We’ve photographed both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations here, and the space accommodates both seamlessly. From a photographer’s perspective, the variety of picturesque spots is unmatched. The venue allows us to create everything from romantic portraits to sunset candids, all set against a backdrop that’s iconic yet feels personal to each couple. If you're planning a wedding and want a venue that combines Hawaii’s natural splendor with a touch of elegance, Kualoa Ranch Palikū Gardens is an incredible choice. It's a place that makes every wedding feel unforgettable, not just for the couple but for everyone lucky enough to witness it.

This was the most gorgeous wedding venue! I don't know if it's the magic of having the Ko'olau mountains on one side and then having the ocean and Mokoli'i island on the other but we were mesmerized the moment we set our eyes on those mountains. Most of our guests have never been to Hawaii and we wanted them to experience the sheer majesty of this venue as well. Our guests were speechless to say the least. They did not know where to look next because everything looked so beautiful. Not only were we able to have this place as our wedding venue, we were able to return the following day for a UTV Raptor tour and show our guests even more of Kualoa Ranch!

If you are an adventure seeker, don't do the package with all four/five activities. Don't get me wrong but it's kinda slow with the ATV/horse rides. You cannot go faster than 2 mph on the horse and more than 6mph with the ATV. The reason is that these packages are filled with so many tourists so a lot of them take there time and you never gallop or feel that adrenaline rush.

That's geared more for the family/ elders since it never gets to any rush. Just slow methodical touring.

You want a rush do the 2 hr ATV, you'll have loads of fun with less people!

The scenery is just so breath taking and the mountains is vast and mesmerizing. It's really great if you want to see Hawaii without the city, cars and buildings. Each breathe you take is like giving you a new purpose in life with a self fulfilling smile every time.

Try it because you will know what true Hawaii is with only nature as your guide. I actually lied because the guide is your guide because many people cannot speak to the wind or visa versa.

Mahalo for the family that kept it private and gave us a chance to view the majestic...
