What can I say that hasn't been said before by others and myself?
This is the second review for a singular location, which I typically do not do, I believe one is plenty, but this particular event needs to be shared.
This location, which is the home base to Dion and his team, has always had a reputation of efficient and award winning customer service, but, as I have learned, Dion has the gift of solutioning as well.
During this time of federal shutdown, I have been performing necessary shutdown procedures and found myself needing rectification of an issue that could not be solved by itself. I did try the really efficient and knowledgeable online and "phone-in" customer service but all answers pointed to getting in touch with the branch directly.
As I parked the vehicle and started gathering the facts of my situation thro0ugh my head, Mr. Dion walked up to the vehicle and asked if I needed assistance. Not only did Dion know what cars were part of his fleet (as a great manager should) he had an idea that I needed assistance.
Fast forward through the process, Dion was conscientious of what my needs were, how Sixt and I could benefit from our agreement, and found a solution that worked.
Thank you, Dion. I wish I was able to make my employees feel as comforted in this trying time as you did for me during this issue that I was having during my business trip in Hawaii.

Read moreDarline was the first individual that provided us with a warm welcome to our stay in Hawaii. When me and my girl were stressing about how to get to the SIXT center on base since UBER only goes to the front gate she contacted me and told me as long as i can make it to the gate she’ll pick me and my girl up and take us over, saving us a good 30 minute walk! When we got there she listed a bunch of food/activity spots in town and set such a beautiful tone for the entire trip, i will definitely be coming back to book with SIXT just because of her, i hope she gets the recognition...
