Davison — Attraction in O'Hara Township

Warning: Unprofessional Conduct, Broken Agreements, and Verbal Abuse I am writing this review to detail an extremely distressing experience with this firm regarding a novel invention. While my project was met with initial great excitement by the team, particularly Kelly (Point of Contact), the handling of the project by Anthony (Project Coordinator/Head Honcho) was highly unprofessional, verbally abusive, and ultimately, led me to believe this company is attempting to scam inventors. Unprofessionalism and Disrespect from Anthony My initial contact with Mr. Anthony was marked by choppy communication due to poor phone service (a minor issue that was quickly escalated by him) and an immediate antagonistic tone. My first meeting was an arguing match where he actively attempted to belittle and talk down to me. Mr. Anthony operates by talking at people, not with them. This behavior made me feel less than, and I strongly hesitated to move forward. I only agreed to continue because Kelly insisted he was the only coordinator available for my specific project, and because I was passionate about my invention's potential to help people. Financial Misrepresentation and Verbal Abuse I had been completely transparent about my financial situation: I am currently on PTO and relying on a fixed, government-related income due to being home on oxygen. Mr. Anthony expressed profound empathy, detailing his own disabled daughter's story, and verbally assured me he would work with me, saying, "I don’t want money to be the issue that this doesn’t get off the ground." However, immediately after depositing the initial $1500, he completely reversed this promise. When a subsequent payment was delayed due to the government shutdown impacting my checks, Mr. Anthony called me and verbally abused (cussed out) me over the phone. This behavior is unacceptable, especially given the prior assurances and my disclosed health circumstances. Questionable Service and Product Quality The company provided a "mockup drawing" which I was told represented the $1500 worth of work. Upon review, the drawing appeared to be little more than a copy-and-paste job of the materials I had already sent them, complete with spelling errors. This lack of original, professional work only cemented my belief that I had been scammed. When I started calling Ms. Kelly to sort out the issue, Mr. Anthony intervened, stating Kelly was out sick, suggesting poor internal communication or, worse, an attempt to isolate me. His final words to me were that the project was "not suitable" for me right now—a highly degrading and disrespectful final dismissal. Conclusion and Warning Based on my personal experience, I have serious concerns about this company's integrity and business practices. They appear to be accustomed to working only with clients they perceive as having abundant capital and do not treat all inventors with respect. I am now proceeding with legal consultation regarding the use of my initial information. I strongly caution all potential inventors: This company, particularly when dealing with Anthony, is a scam risk. Be mindful of who you are dealing with; the company's handling of my sensitive information and their verbal abuse has been...

They want money to check for initial information. I wonder if they give the green light to any invention and hope they can get initial money and string you along. They received absolutely no money from me and never will. They wasted my time and that to me is worse then taking my money. I'd gladly pay the amount of money they were asking to just have never submitted anything, instead of getting my hopes up and heading me on. My heart sank when they mentioned they wanted $ out of me.

Do not give these people your money, an office is just that, an office. Pirate ships and crazy work environments are pretty cool, but not when they are paid for by the people who had hopes of a better tomorrow.

Dream killing business. Don't even bother. One day they will get what they deserve in court, and I look forward to that day.

P.s. if you are the owner of the building, and our clear as you stated, then please do your reputation a favor and bounce these scam artists from your property. 2 things are certain

Without invention, life does not progress, we get no where. With "inventionland", you actually create the perfect narrative for people that may have invented something practical, but maybe heard from a friend and not even make/show that invention. All these comments surely show you how much "inventionland", is killing ideas, and , a sense that inventing anything of worth would be pointless as no one is out there to help people.

Tell me, you see the comments, you designed the place, tell me how whatever that company is doing is invention. Are you looking the other way for $$? Then don't bring up that you are not involved. Is it that you are so dense to not be able to see you are helping kill dreams; dreams made by average people with a hope for something better. You're business is a dream killing factory. I wonder what incredible inventers found places like the one found here and deal with this b.s. and decide it's not worth it. I'd imagine some of the people who submitted inventions , if set up with honest intentions, would have eventually invented something incredible.

You should be very ashamed of yourself. Your company is disgusting regardless of whether or not you are involved, which if on just a small dare I'm sure I could find exactly how much you are not "involved". And perhaps your innocence is destructive, although as it shows it's looking more like apathy, which is no much worse.

Please close down, or expel those people. Do this world a favor and don't take money from people trying to make a better life.

Or, show the people, the desperate people who may have other outputs to learn that everyone in the world sucks and even a good idea can be taken advantage of. You people are the worst. Board up your doors and do whatever it is one does when there jobs is to give false hope, stall, and then crush people. How you look yourself in the mirror at night I've no idea. The employees are definitely some of the most optimistic, friendliest and charming people I have had the pleasure of speaking with!!! With that being said I would just like to give a big shout out to all my fellow reviewers!!! Without you I could only just be a reviewer myself but thanks to ya'll I can add to that a great reassurance to the initial knowledge of the high likeliness of failure on my venture of risk taking on a brief moment of a common idea that makes sense in a sense although it is not actually original in itself so that in the end when I'm only at the same place I started just with less enthusiasm of my "genius idea" that turned out to be a dream crusher All of which I can now blame on a company founded by an actual genuine motivative genius inventor himself who's legacy was only self created by his own good intentions and willingness to share of his knowledge and capabilities including resources that are not normally available to the every day dreamer in order to help them in persuing their own dream. So yeah everyone's opinions are greatly appreciated as they are all very helpfull although I can't say I would like to include myself in being one of those who it seems have officially and publicly labeled themselves with a Serious Sore Loser title which shouldn't be hated on for being verbally expressed just because it's truth being told by someone who can actually relate. Honestly in the end it comes down to this in my opinion, we are all only sole responsible for our own actions and desicion making and that includes the chance we take on our own free will to make a dream we invisioned that could very well be the next big thing but 99% unlikely to come true. Even if it's only and especially if it's truly only because of highly trained charmers of extremely immense optimism and professional persuasiveness that is created based on one's high hopes of an actual chance of being more than just the average dreamer but with the knowledge of the fact that what that individual is willing to invest will more than likely just become a loss to them because who wouldn't want to make there dreams come true and be a creator of a great idea brought to life. That is our own choice and should know what chance we ourselves are willing to take and what we are willing to risk for it not get all feelings involved because somebody is making a commission off of our own unrealistic high hopes.
