The trailhead to the falls is directly in front of the Ace Adventure resort. This is on their property but when I spoke with a staff member they are fully aware people coming to see the falls and don't mind. There is a small area for a few cars to park and trailhead sign for the falls and another hiking trail along the top over to the Concho overlook platform. The hike to the falls is about 1 mile (2 miles round trip). The trail starts at the top of the rim and heads down to the falls, so be prepared the hike out is all uphill. As noted by others the trail has muddy spots and wet areas where the water runs out of the rocks towards the creek at the bottom. At the falls you can stand and view it up close at eye level with the falls. It's a little tricky to actually get to the bottom of the falls due to big boulders and no extra space around the pool at the base of the falls.
