Bought a B2 audio rage 2000 amp from Big Jeff audio to go with my B2 audio rage 12 subwoofer that I bought elsewhere. From the moment I had the amp professionally installed into the vehicle it was over heating. I provided videos and pictures of the problem I was having with the amp through text messages and even had an ongoing email chain going as well about the issue. My main issue is the customer service from management and how the situation was handled. I was told that my amp was the 1st out of 330 sold to have an overheating issue but yet these amps already had issues one that had to be modified and the other issue couldn't be fixed but wasn't a problem to be honest. On top of that someone got sarcastic and slick out the mouth saying I am a master installer but yet I provide a clear picture of the receipt along with saying I had the amp professionally installed, so that doesn't make me a master installer. Also to add whatever manager wrote me back in text message was trying to push it on the vehicle but yet I drive a Genesis g80 sport that is very well maintained luxury vehicle, has a brand new deep cell battery that is less than 6mons old, and a high output alternator. With all that being said I didn't receive a shipping label until April 10th which was 19 days after my purchase date and 14 days after I received the amp. So I went and got me a amp from DS18 and got it Friday April 18th and I haven't had an overheating issue yet. So my point is customer service from management is not very professional and Big Jeff audio will be quick to blame anything else but their product as the problem. I would like to send the amp back if the shipping label is still valid and get a full refund and not a store credit. FYI I truly had high hopes with Big Jeff Audio before this situation.

Come on don't make yourself mighty and make me look like a bad customer. I answered all questions that we both have proof of. I provided plenty of videos and pictures again to this number provided to me (737) 244-5333. I even sent 2 different videos with the car parked playing 2 different songs showing the voltage readings. Like I mentioned the label I received on April 10th 2025 is that still valid to send the amp back? Please respond with actual facts because we both had the messages, photos, and videos that were sent. I'm not being rude just writing a review that is facts that can be proven. Read moreAlmost every audio component I have on my bike, I have purchased it from Big Jeff Audio. A couple weeks ago, I needed to replace my battery and I needed it for that weekend (Biketoberfest). I went to the store personally and I picked up an XS Power battery. Long story short, my bike left me stranded 100 miles from home the day after I installed it. I had to buy a new battery there where I was so I could make it home. That weekend I tested the battery and it failed the load test, probably a bad cell. I thought to myself no big deal so, I checked their return policy because I knew that battery warranties were a little tricky. I saw it was 14 days no restocking fee but I called and spoke to one of their reps called Mindy just to make sure. She told me to bring it in, which I did, next day I drove the almost 2 hours from home to the store. When I got there, I was told by the guys at the counter that returns on batteries were not accepted and that I needed to go directly to the manufacturer for warranty which frustrated me a little bit since the day before I was told it was OK to bring it in. After going back and forth with the guys at the counter, the big guy himself came out and told one of the guys to take the battery and to test it, he said he would get back to me the next day. Next day I got an email that said the battery was defective and they offered me a replacement. Since I’ve already purchased one, they offered me a store credit (they don’t do refunds and it’s clearly on the refunds section of their website) which was fine with me, I was eyeing a pair of subs anyway. The only reason why I don’t give them 5 stars is because Mindy and the reps that sit at the front desk should’ve been trained better. They were nice, but it took Big Jeff 2 seconds to come up with a solution, something that they should’ve asked him if they didn’t know how to handle my issue. They were short one subwoofer until I got it in contact with them, and notify them about the missing subwoofer you would think it would be a common courtesy to notify the purchaser. They were short one item but no, it was up to me to let them know they told me they were Waiting for new inventory and will send me the Fourth subwoofer they notified me they were shipping the subwoofer, and when I should be receiving it So when that day came, I’ve been waiting all day never received anything at 9 PM. They sent me an email confirming delivery, but their carrier did Not notify me Of delivery as they did for the first package, which required a signature they told me to ask my neighbor and the people around me if they receive my package and make a Police Report, as if that is going to give me my merchandise back, it is the responsibility of them and their carrier to Get my merchandise to me and notify me when things are arriving they did not notify me till 9 PM.
